Metadata API for ensembl 2020

This project contains an API that serves as a proxy of elasticsearch for the interface. It handles the caching, usage statistics, contexts and standardisation of properties.

A simple API that runs delayed jobs. It allows to submit a job and check it's status. When a job finishes it saves the results in the NFS.

Europe PMC Annotated Fulltext Corpus of 300 articles for core entity types (Gene/Proteins, Diseases and Species)

Web components shared between apps. Can be used as a git submodule, while we improve the packaging.
