Missing priority description would prevent successful loading of populate_metadata.sql into xref dataabase.

Necessary not to set version to accession. The former should be integer and the latter is an alphanumerical string.
Newest MySQL version enforce the constraint and raise error 1366 (invalid integer value).
If the entry does not have a version, it will automatically default to 0.

Updating script to be able to update the EBI Copyright every year. Now excluding the .git directory from the file search as this was corrupting the git repos

For MySQL version 5.6 and above,  FLUSH TABLES is not permitted when there is an active READ LOCK. Added new code to run a FLUSH WITH READ LOCK for MySQL version 5.6 and above

Fixed bug in set_gene_descriptions where filtered descriptions were being ignored in favour of the original description

Added source_dir and target_dir parameters allowing copy of databases outside the MySQL default internal directory on Sanger machines /mysql/data_3306/databases/. When target_dir is specified, the script will automatically create a symlink from target_dir to /mysql/data_3306/databases/. This change will allow us to copy databases from and to the new ens-staging3 MySQL server

Changing all ens-staging1/2 to ens-staging3, as we'll be using this new host for pipelines until the EBI shift over
